When I first moved here It was a good place, maintenance sucks, and they dont clean up after themselves, they came to fix something in my apt a dropped dirty water all over the carpet and down the stairs and now the stair look filthy, parking is a nightmare some times me and my husband have to park our cars on another street, my ac never worked fo about a month then they had the nerve to give me a violation for having a fan in the window, then they are ready to evict me because my water bill money is deposited monthly and my bill was 3 dollars over what was deposited...ohh 3 whole dollars maybe if they fix something I wouldn't have a problem with paying the 3 dollars, its mostly quiet but on fridays it can be loud and lots of police outside,the grounds suck everytime I come out my house I step in doggie poop, the fixtures and appliances are ancient,maintenance is a joke, the office staff has been pretty nice to me I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here, but if u like sucky places to live then u should feel at home, its not worth the price go get u a nice house to live in...
