DO NOT MOVE HERE

The office manager is unproffessional, she will ignore your phone calls and even hand up on you. We had a problem with our AC leaking and instead of replacing the carpet they only replaced a fourth of it. So now there is one fourth new carpet, 3 fourths old carpet in the living room. We have had a hole in the ceiling since we moved here and it has not been properly fixed. Each time they fix it they put more plaster in the hole which eventually falls out and recreates the same hole. The main hot water heater for the court I am in has failed three seperate times and still has not been replaced. We have gone two and three days at a time without hot water. The pool seems to never be open, and the overall outside condition of the apartments is horrible. We have had a ton of bugs in our apartment and even mice, which I was responsible to remove with traps. The exterminator only came out once and never followed up to finish the job.
Do not move here. When we looked at the model we were pretty excited to come here, but when we moved in our apartment was nothing like the model. Everything is old and beat up and nothing has been replaced since the apartments were first made.
This place is a sham and your money will be wasted here.

I definatly agree. We were told that they were going to get new cabinets in the kitchen because the ones in there look like they are out of a trailer. We also had a whole in the ceiling due to water leaking upstairs, and it took them 7 months to come out and "fix" it. And when I say "fix" I mean spray paint the moldy ceiling with white paint. There is way too much stuff to mention it all. It is not worth it! I know it is reasonable and the floor plans are a pretty good size, but do not do it. If you do you will be stuck there until your lease runs out. I had a friend that called the housing athority out to her apartment at Bancroft and the man said he was called to Bancroft 7 times in the last week, what does that say???

I agree With all the statements that are maid. Since I moved in last summer I had A/C for about a week At a time I have to always let them know that it is out. I too have water damage int he ceiling but I know if I say say something won't nothing get done. I had to move my kids out becase of the heat in the summer and the cold in the winter. I would not like my worriest enemy to live in that HELL HOLE.
