ok to start i just went out to clean out my apartment cause my husband went out to sea and due to lack of maintance and office staff the upsatairs had leaked and my apartment was covered in mold. they had to tear down the celings in 3 of the rooms cause it was so bad. i had to videotape the apartment cause i know noone would ever believe how bad it was. i was so discusted when i walked in to see what you used to be my house.


The first weekend we moved in there were termits from hell. i had to live with a small child and I was pregnant and it took over 3 weeks to get rid of them. everyday at 3-4 like clockwork my living room and bedroom was covered in termits.. Parking also sucks here. I had a newborn and we had to walk many many times from the other end of the parking lot during rain and freezing cold weather. not to mention walking this far during the extreme heat while 9 months pregnant...I lived there for 1 year and my bathroom ceiling keep falling through from the upsatairs. they never got it fixed they just kept painting over it.. Also my upstairs neighbors hot water heater exploded and to this day my walls still have water in them they never did anything to the walls. someone came in and sucked up all the water from the carpet but that was it. A new staff member has been very rude with me while we are getting out of our lease due to my husband deploying. The only thing good about him deploying is we get out of this crappy ass apartment... Looking for a nice place to live so if anyone knows of any other than GREAT ATLANTIC properties please let me know...

At least they tore down your ceiling, they just covered up my potential mold problem with while spray paint.
