To put it all in a nutshell:
The place smelled when we checked it out. Upon move in we were promised the carpet would be replaced, never happened.
There are no lights except for in the bathrooms...and closets. And a flourescent one in the kitchen that hardly worked.
Old appliences-that rarely worked properly. We had a newborn and moved in July, the a/c was wired incorrectly and gave one hell of a fight. In the winter, the heat was just recirculated air. maintenance was called a number of times, they never fixed the problem. My dad came from out of state to help me move and he found a switch on the side that turned from heat to air....too little too late.
No accessible parking, I had to park across the lot most of the time and it sucks with a carseat and groceries...
If you're moving and have a truck or trailer, make sure to come in the early morning to get a spot, otherwise, you're outta luck.
Children always played in the parking lot, small children and there are big hedges everywhere, so tells you what your neighbors are like.
There wasn't much crime, although a few times the police were called for domestic issues.
I will say that it's close to a hospital and fire dept is located right behind it. That's a perk if your appliences fail and spark a fire!
Well, if you want to spend a lot of money to live in a less than decent place, with unintelligent maintenance and poor office help, this is a good start for it.
