I lived here a few years ago after my dad sold his house. His girlfriend also lived in the complex. It was pretty nice. My father & I shared a one bedroom, for $635 a month, we were allowed to keep both of our dogs, a chihuahua and a rottweiler. The neighbours were generally friendly, the parking was great (except on Hornet Court), the parking lots had some potholes, and the entrance flooded sometimes, but the whole complex is back off of the road, so there`s no thru traffic. There`s a nice pool with lifeguards that live in the complex. There`s a jungle gym for the kids, and there are multiple laundry facilities. The floorplans are pretty spacious, and we never had any problems with heat, A/C or the bathrooms.

And now that I`ve grown up and I`m getting my own apartment, I came back to Bancroft. The office ladies were VERY helpful, doing basically everything they could to make sure I got the place, and I could get in as soon as possible. I am looking forward to be moving back into the community.

What are you thinking?? The jungle gym for the kids is sandwiched between 2 roads with bushes around it. Because of the bushes and the kids playground being in a horribly dangerous area it would be so easy to accidently hit a kid that runs out from the playground. Check it out yourself! If you have kids you do not want to live here!!
