Bancroft Hall is a nice place to live. I've been here for almost a year and I still don't have ANY complaints. When I need to call Maintence which is rarely, they come within 15 minutes of my call, nomatter what day of the week it is. The floor plans are great and the community is great also. It's quiet, havent heard of any crime around here yet. When my family from Baltimore comes to visit they even says how nice it is here! Definetly recommend to everyone!

Look at teh rating of this apartment, 29% recommended! What does that tell you...this place is horrible!! If you want to live in a place that is falling apart, office assistants that do not know one thing about customer service, and even the corporate office (Great Atlantic)that is no help when you cannot get the apartment to fix something. My best friend also lived at Bancroft Hall at the same time my husband and I lived there and she had to call the housing authority to push on Bancroft Hall to fix her apartment that foundation was sinking. When the housing authority came out to take a look, the first time, they told her they had been called to Bancroft Hall Apartments 7 other times that same week. What does that tell you?
