I lived there two diffrent times and neither time was a pleasure. The first I suffered through loosey maintenance and a lot of leaks. I also had my son electrocuted by the thermostat and his hand cut; severly; by the busted counter top in the bathroom. I had called maintenance once a day for about 9 months and yet nothing was done. To add to a list that is a mile long, I also had windows that didnt lock. I tried to get maintenance to fix them and I was told not to worry. I was told by maintenance not to bother them anymore and the office told me not to harrasse maitenance anymore. I wasnt harrassung them I just wanted these things repaired. When I moved out I reminded the office how my place was dirty when I moved in and how I had to shampoo my carpet before I could move in. I did this to protect myself and to further my cause. So when I moved out I didnt clean very well and they said that was fine. Tell me why i got a bill one month later for the cost of cleaning. The second time I lived there I and my family where exposed to "BLACK MOLD". For those of you who dont know this stuff will kill kids, animals and put an adult in the hospital. I had to call the health department to get this fixed. the managment doesnt care for you or your family. All they care about is your money. The company that owns them is the same and they will screw you out of all they can. They are mean spirited and self-centered people who will leave you out in the cold for any reason....... g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

I seriously think this place needs to be shut down, and the managment fired. I am not sure why something has not been done about this place, it's terrible. I would sue them for damages for sure asap.

Its sad you are still writing about stuff that happened 3 years ago. If you notice there are no current residents writing terrible things about the place and problems that they are having. Maybe its time for you to move on to something more important like why you moved back into the complex if you hated it so much the first time you lived here.
