We moved out of that hell hole about a year ago and due to the severe mold covering the house we couldnt live there so we moved out. i took a video of the entire house to prove the mold that was caused from water leaks in the dining room, both bathrooms and 1 of the bedrooms. they said we owed about 1500 for september rent and september water keeping in mind the house was not livable so why in the hell should we pay. so my husband just got a letter stating they were going to garnish our wages to repay for the last month rent and water. they want there money in 1 lump sum and plan on taking it out in 1 of my husbands checks and he is military so he doesnt make that much to begin with and i stay at home. so now i am going to have to get a lawyer or something to figure out how to not have to pay since due to there lack of maintence we couldnt even live in our apartment without myself and both little kids getting sick from the black mold. i dont know if anyone has lived in this apartment either now or since then but if you live or lived at 1128 antietam then you probably ought to get the apartment checked for mold in all the rooms stated. i know the problem was never fixed cause all they did was repaint over everytime there was a water leak.
