Looks like they ran off another Maint. Supervisor. How come when they get a Maint. Supervisor that can do the work right and can get the problems solved that the last supervisor kept putting off, They run him off' Axx took care of the problems with the fridge buy getting us a new one. He got us a new gas stove. he fixed the leaks in our bathrooms and had them patched and painted. All this was done in the short time that he was here. last week he showed us what the new apartments would look like after November 1st. I think it was 1012 Essex. It has popcorn ceilings and knockdown on the walls. It had a two tone paint job with all the doors and trim painted bright white. If you decide to move in here, make sure you get an apartment with the updated work. I hope the next Maint. Supervisor has the balls to keep improving the place and keeps the residents happy like Axx did. We are going to miss Axx and we hope he gets with a company that wont hold him back like this one tried to do. As for the people reading this and are thinking about moving in, remember you have control over excepting the apartment you are going to be paying hard earned money for. DO NOT take anything less then perfect and ask to see the apartment at least 3 days before you move in so they can fix the problems. Like put in new carpet or new floors. We didnt look 3 days before and could not get new carpet before we moved in. If you do move in and have problems, Keep calling office everyday then call Great Atlantic everyday and call the Health Department. We did and got the problem fixed in 30 days. This was before Axx was here. Good luck getting what you want from this place.
