I absolutely hated living at this property. Not only was the staff rude and non responsive, but the the Manager, Michelle, repeatedly not only threatened me, but used her boyfriend who was or is a va beach police officer to threaten me, my wife and our room mate and other tenants. The conditions are horrible, it is a dangerous neighborhood for children to live in. Our neighbor below us was a drug dealer. At one point our bath tub was falling through the ceiling into the below neighbor's bathroom, and when I finally contacted the apartment office, I was irrate, not only did Michelle and her "police officer boyfriend" show up, but they threatened to arrest me for disorderly conduct because I was "raising my voice." When they inspected the porblem, they said "nothing is wrong." and left. This complex is horrible, it is full of drug dealers, gang bangers and corrupt va beach police officers I highly advise NO ONE to live there. We were sued when we moved out, because michelle broke a verbal agreement on payment for rent with my wife. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I agree with you. The office staff/management does not care about anything. I was 8 months pregnant and my husband was overseas and I asked if someone could come replace the lightbulb. The manager, at the time February 2006, said that was my responsibility. So, she wanted me to get on a chair 8 months pregnant...she is crazy. I person that cared about the people that lived there and he job would have sent someone over so I did in danger myself and my baby.

exactly I think she got fired because I have forwarded this information to Great Atlantic, and from what I understand she doesn't work there anymore, still though, they really should get new managment period.

THE WHOLE STAFF THERE ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES THEMSELVES. MY NEIGHBOR HAD SOMEONE GO INTO HER PLACE NUMEROUS TIMES. MICHELLE WAS A REAL PROBLEM THROUGHOUT THE TIME SHE WAS THERE.
