I moved-in in 2005 with no a/c and the place in poor mantince. The carpet was stained,there was mold in the bathrooms, and all sorts of other things. Our a/c didn't work the first summer we lived there. We repeatedly filed work orders to have it fixed and they would sent up one of thier crappy mantince men to fix it. These class acts would ask us for for a beer and weed as if we owed them something for attemping to fix the problem. We had to call the housing authority and when the fellow came out he said he gets a couple calls a week for Bancroft Hall. So faced with a fine they finally fixed the a/c. We also had a water leak that caved in the ceiling over the tub and asked for it to be fixed they simply tore it down and nailed up dry wall with no calking so its starting to leak again. Even though we pay our rent on time every month our rent still goes up every year like they want us to leave or something. Really there is just to many things to list here! Just be advised when you move in your in for a tough struggle!
