THE OVERALL TIME SPENT WITHIN THE TOWN HOUSE I LIVED IN WAS BAD. IT WAS NOT PAINTED WHEN MY FAMILY MOVED IN AND IT WAS FLEA INFESTED. MY KIDS HAD BUMPS ON THEM FOR A WEEK FROM GETTING BIT BY FLEAS. THE CARPETS WERE DISGUSTING AS WELL. WE HAD TO THROW OUR KIDS JEANS AWAY WITHIN AN HOUR OF BEING THERE FROM THEM CRAWLING ON THE DIRTY CARPET (YOUNGEST 8 MONTHS OLD).

THERE WERE FOUR SPOTS IN THE HOUSE WHERE THERE WERE LEAKS. TWO OF THEM WERE FROM THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOMS LEAKING FROM THE FAUNTY PLUMBING. WHAT MADE IT WORSE WAS THE REPAIRMEN AT THE TIME WERE NOT CAPABLE OF CORRECTLY FIXING THE PROBLEM.

WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE FROM THE SINGLE DOOR LOCK THAT HAS A TOTAL OF TWO SCREWS IN IT THAT ARE READY TO FALL OUT. ONE OF MY NEIGHBORS HAD SOMEONE GO INTO THEIR HOUSE 2 OR 3 THREE TIMES BEFORE THEY MOVED OUT. THERE ARE NUMEROUS SETS OF YOUR HOUSE KEY IN THE HANDS OF PEOPLE YOU DO NOT KNOW. NOT TO MENTION THE DRUG BUSTS THAT OCCURRED IN THE COURT THAT I LIVED IN. REALLY MAKES YOU FEEL SAFE GOING TO SLEEP AT NIGHT WITH KIDS IN THE HOUSE.

move, if you hated it so much why did you stay? Have lived here a long time and yes there are problems, however have found most of the staff willing to help and correct problems. Once again, it is not the staff, but Great Atlantic that is responsible for the problems and not fixing them.

The front office at Bancroft Hall are to worried about talking to their friends on the phone rather than helping people in the complex. There was one staff member that would spend their time helping. That is it!
