I have lived at Bancroft Hall about 6months. I am a single mother. I have been very comfortable here and not had any problems. When I have a problem they come and fix it, it's not always the same day but they get it fixed. I was happy the rent was in my price range. The office staff has always been nothing but nice to me. I don't plan on moving when my lease ends, I love the area!

lucky you. i am glad to hear someone actually had a good experience there because it was my first time living in va beach and it was the worst place i have ever lived. i will say they were always nice and were efficient in fixing things. but i am very glad to be in my new place and done with that place. wheeew, good luck on the rest of your stay.
