Staff change for the worse

Nice apartments, good location. Changed management in January 2004 and old staff was much more tenant-friendly and interactive with the residents. New staff has not handeled all requests with professionalism. Unhappy with this aspect, but nice place structurally and geographically. Grounds are attractive, although dog droppings are getting out of control. Safe area compared to surrounding areas, although several cars have been vandalized and there was one shooting in 12/03.
