Overall a nice place. Complex has a lot of nice features to offer. Centrally located and surrounded by brand new houses and condos. Area is not the greatest. They built this place in the middle of the Green Run section (that the people here refer to as "Gang Run"), yet I knew that when we moved here.

What I didn't know was that the management here was going to change. This used to be a great place to live. We were offered friendly sincerity and were always treated well by the management staff. These new people don't have a clue about anything, including customer service. My neighbors and I were shocked. The girls in the office try to be helpful, but the manager is rude, loud and unprofessional. It seems everyone here has had an encounter with her. There is trash all over on the lawns and parking lot, the dumpster is always overflowing, and they didn't even do anything about the snow and ice during the storm.

When we moved in it was worth paying the highest rent in all of Virginia Beach, because we got what we paid for. It's not worth it anymore. The new owners do nothing to constitute paying this much, because we get nothing in return. We'll definitely be moving out when our lease runs out.
