I really liked the apartments before the change in management in Jan. of 2004. I mainly liked living here because the old staff was very friendly, helpful & the grounds were very neat and clean. Since the change in mangmt. grounds are not kept as well & you may have to put in 2-3 maintance requests before you ever have someone come out despite the 24-hr maint. guarntee. The office staff is unfriendly, unprofessional, unknowledgeable, & very unhelpful. Although the office hours are clearly stated outside the office the staff will close early during the week & just not open at all on Sat. without notice to the residents or with a "poor" excuse posted on the office doors. Will not renew lease due to terrible change in mangmt. Do not feel safe here due to a shooting, several break-ins on cars and attempts of break-ins in the apts.
