First thing I must mention is that I've only lived here 1 month. However, I have been to the trash area several times (getting rid of all the boxes!) and it has NEVER been overflowing at all! Hear a little noise from upstairs neighbor, but they moved out this past weekend. HAving a little problem with digital cable, but that might just be Cox! The weirdest complaint I have is that the dishwasher is the loudest I have ever heard! I have to run it before I leave for work, you would think a place as expensive as this would spring for one for the quiter models! The grounds appear to be cared for, I have seen no cig butts or dog droppings. One other thing is the parking, it would be nice for each unit to at least have one assigned space. I don't like the fact that you have to pay premiums for certain floors or views, I have always felt that is the biggest rip-off with all apartment complexes (they all do it though!)I am happy so far, the apartment is beautiful and spacious, the building are atractive and close to shopping, etc. I probably won't renew my lease simply because I want to purchase a home, the rent is the hightest in the area. Oh and the staff have all been very pleasant to me...no complaints there at all!!!
