I shopped around the area and this is by far the nicest complex in Virginia Beach. I've lived here for almost a year and have had nothing but great service. I've been in the military for 18 years and moved 7 times, this is the best complex I've lived in, they treat military personnel right. The staff is outstanding to say the least and they have events for residents, I'm looking forward to the Christmas party. Previous bad reviews must be from people who broke the rules. The fact they have garages for rent on the property is helpful for Navy personnel who go out to sea.
