Every so often, I visit apartmentratings.com to check out how different apartment communities fare with their comments. I am a resident (who is moving out in August due to reasons beyond my control) of Banyan Grove; I also worked in the office for a short time (I now work at another community in the area).

I have never been so appalled about the review about staff using illegal substances, bad maintenance and poor apartments. These apartments are WONDERFUL in quality, location, and price. In this area, you get what you pay for. I know, as a previous staff member, that all staff have random drug testing. I also know maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours (most of the time the maintenance team has fixed any issue I had within a few hours). And the quality...you can't get this quality even in a house sometimes! I work for another property in the area but I love Banyan Grove the most, hands down.
