My husband and I are both in the Navy and we have had the best experience of all our apartments with Banyon Grove. The staff is amazing, working with us when both my husband and I are called out unexpectedly. They check our apartment and even helped us when our automatic payment was messed up and we weren't there to deal with it. Beautiful apartments, just love they way they look and the layout is fantastic. The kitchens are amazing and almost the same size as a large one in a house. My only complaint is that I can hear the neighbors above me walk across their apartment. These apartments would be perfect if the ceilings were a little thicker and the price a little lower!!! It is also one of the safest communities you could ever want to live in!! I am a very forgetful person and I have left my keys in my door to many times to count. Nothing has ever happened except that a neighbor always ends up knocking on my door and letting me know. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I feel safe here. All in all a wonderful experience. If you can afford it, LIVE HERE!!!! (oh and get a top floor apartment!!)
