Unfortunately, that's not the case. Everyone in the community whether we agree or choose to disagree, all have an opionon about the items at hand (the community). - Meaning, the buildings, parking, the staff, landscaping, amenities, cost, etc. etc. I personally don't have anything back to say about Joy. Perhaps the lady likes some residents more than others - and to that, is her choice. What would concern me more from a residential perspective are their attitudes, they informed knowledge, abilities, and willingness to help us as residents. I can tell you, that while the other person may or may not like her, to me is trival. Does she do her job' Odviously, she has gotten promoted from the front desk to the asst property manager. do you read that' - - now, I will comment on the new staff, b/c there was some turn over because joy got promoted and i think her name was Kim' She left and moved on. The 2 new girls, ecspecially the one - who hired them' See, if you look at the get togethers last year - it was fun. The staff at the time, was great and that was contagious and I think the majority of residents truly liked them and perhaps may even hellloooo be friends with them. The problem with the new staff is professional. Don't care for them personally. Poor professionalism, lack of ability, - community issues and what have you. The reason they have jobs is b/c the residents live in the community. But you know, it takes all kinds of people to make the world go around. Before it would have been common just to stop down and socialize, but those days are gone. Now, b/c of the new staff (and the one girl has a chip on her shoulder). it's not the same. If you look at this professionally, it's a training issue. The senior management property manager up, should address this with them, try and correct it, and give them adequate time to really change. If they can't or don't. For pete's sake - it's a JOB. Than perhaps they should fire them or let them go and they should find another jobs. The property itself appears to be managed properly. Would I recommend someone living in the community' Last year in a heart beat. This year, yes with reservation. The community is nice, but the cultural environment in the mgmt office is different. I like Banyan Grove personally. To each their own. Carpe Diem.
