Very nice, but very fake

I loved banyan grove when we 1st moved in. we even recommended it to other people. however we feel as though they lured us in only to jack the rates during our lease renewal. Our rent went up over $150 a month. plus they say they have a great pet policy but what they don;t tell you is that they charge a $375 non refundable pet deposit and $20 a month per pet. Then at lease renewal they want another $375 dollar non refundable deposit and raide the pet fee to $40 a month. needless to say we put in our 60 day notice ASAP and got hte hell outta there. There are MANY cheaper places, even single family and town homes in the area that are just as nice.
