THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LOVE. THE STAFF IS NASTY AND RUDE AND SLOW AND HORRIBLE. I REALLY HATE THIS PLACE, WHAT EVER YOU DO, I BEG YOU NOT TO MOVE HERE. IT LOOKS GREAT AND PRETTY ON THE OUTSIDE, BUT WHEN YOU MOVE IN IT IS A DIFFERENT STORY. THE RENT IS TO MUCH FOR A LITTLE APARTMENT. TWO MEN TRIED TO BREAK IN MY APARTMENT AND I TOLD THE STAFF AND THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT, THE MANAGER JUST STOOD THERE LIKE I WAS STUPID. EVERY TIME I RENT THE MOVIE PLACE TO HAVE A GATHERING IT'S ALWAYS BROKEN AND I HAVE TO PAY TO RENT IT AND THE MACHINE IS BROKEN AND WE DON'T GET OUR MONEY BACK. I WILL BE LEAVING IN THREE MONTHS AND I CAN'T WAIT THIS IS A NASTY NOISE PLACE. THE NOISE IS CRAZY, MY UPSTARIS NEIGHBORS ARE ALWAY MAKING LOUD SOUNDS AND ALWAYS HAVING SEX, WE BE TRYING TO SLEEP AND ALL YOU HERE IS PEOPLE YELLING AND THE BED MOVING AND THIS GOES ON EVERYNIGHT IT IS HORRIBLE. PLEASE, IF YOUR ARE READING THIS STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY. THERE IS ALOT OF PEOPLE MOVING OUT BECAUSE OF THE PRICE, MANAGEMENT AND THE NOISE AND THE RAIN LEAKING INTO THE APARTMENTS AND THE SPACE AND WITH THE BUGS OUTSIDE AND THE PLACE JUST FALLING APART. WHAT WVER YOU DO GO ELSE WHERE. THERE IS NEVER A PLACE TO PARK, WHEN YOU COME HOME AT NIGHT YOU HAVE TO PARK IN FRONT OF THE PLACE AND WALK TO YOUR APARTMENT IS MAKES NO SENSE WHAT SO EVER. STAFF IS HORRIBLE AND SO ARE THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE THEY ARE VERY SLOW AND RUDE, IT TAKES THEM FOREVER TO FIT ONE THING. AND THE MAINTENANCE IS ALWAYS NOT WORKING. I AM JUST SO MAD ABOUT THIS PLACE, I PAY ALL THIS MONEY TO LIVE IN A DUMP. THIS DUMP IS MUCH BETTER THEN THIS PLACE. BEWARE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. I LIVED HERE FOR ONE YEAR AND THEY CHANGED MANAGMENT FIVE TIMES AND EACH TIME THE IS GETS WORSE AND WORSE. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE, IT IS A NOISE PLACE AND VERY COSTLY, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN, YOUR LIFE, YOUR MONEY DEPENDS ON IT

GIVE ME A BREAK!! First of all you need to learn how to spell and use correct English. Looks like you need to go back to school! This place is very very nice!! I have lived here for a little over a year and my husband is getting transferred with his job so we have to move. I visit the office all of the time, and the girls are very sweet. They did just get a couple of new girls, but they seem to be very nice to me!!! Maint. is very helpful, and whenever i put a ticket in, they are seriously over there usually the same day. Who cares if you can hear the people above!! This is an apt., and if you dont want to hear noise, move to a house!! I can honestly say that this has been the best apt. community I have ever lived in, and I am very sad to leave. This place is very far from falling apart-give me a break, its only like 3 years old! It sounds like you have some personal issues to me, and im sure the office staff wont have a problem with someone like you moving out!!!!!!!

Ok...I agree with the response above me! Your whole opinion on this apartment community doesn't even make sense! Ever heard of proof reading something before you send it? I suggest you look into that! You sound like you have a miserable life and you probably make everyone miserable around you. Banyan Grove ROCKS!!! The girls that work there are so friendly and very professional, obviously something your not! I live on the second floor in this complex and cannot hear anyone around me so maybe if you got a life of your own and stopped sitting around trying to think of something to ----- about, your life wouldn't be so bad! Why don't you go get yourself an education! Don't sweat the small stuff honey, seriously! You get what you pay for! And the reason these apartments are priced the way they are is to keep people like you out! God help the next place you move! I have lived here 2 plus years and love it......management has changed once, so please get your facts straight. I have made great friends here and I think it's a clean, well kept, low maintenence, fun place to live. I find parking by my place every night, a little exercise never hurt anyone right? Im 100% sure you wont be missed!

I agree with NORTHGRL21. STAY AWAY from this community. My husband's rare comics collections are all ruined from a storm back in the late summer of '06 from rain-water damage. This community is just 2-3 years old and ------- water damages??!! I hate that ----- --- whats-her-face. What a ------- prejudiced ---- ----- who harasses residents and claiming false accusations and even copping attitude with a naval chain of command. Completely unprofessional attitude. Frosty, accusatory demeanor. I found out through the grapevine from former tenants that they all had nothing but problems from this community. It says a lot when the Navy issues a perma-ban on an apartment community.

Yes isatool and NORTHGRL21 are correct! The telling thing about all the positive comments is that they are only from folks who arent moving yet. The approach here is bait and hook, once you get ready to leave they are rude, and pull out the rippoff charges. Email me at Fa1thful1@aol.com if you want to consider a class action lawsuit, apparently a lot of people are being abused by the management but only after they are ready to leave. Smile and reel you in they do nicely. Again I will change my mind if their corporate bosses do address our concerns to the tenants satisfaction, but if you were unfairly charged at moveout please let me know!
