Awesome people and awesome place!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I moved here a few months ago and knew NOTHING about VA... much less VA Beach! From the moment I met the office staff - one girl in particular - I KNEW I wanted to live there. They are fun, outgoing, and very knowledgable about the apartments and the area. I had a rough time moving (I had car troubles on the way) and the office staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me through the situation. They tend to try to help their residents through any rough situation from what I can tell!
Also,
1. the apartments are clean,
2.the grills always have gas,
3.the pool rocks,
4.we have easy access to the interstate,
5.are close to Towne Center,
6.the maintenance people are very quick to respond - ours came in the middle of the night!
7.we are close to a Target, grocery store, Blockbuster, Walgreens etc. and
8.I feel very safe living here.
All in all, my husband and I are VERY VERY happy living here until we buy a house and we highly recommend it! :) PS... wait until you go to the get togethers they throw for their residents - those alone are worth moving here!
