Mold and more mold. My windows aways leaked when it rained and management could never get it fixed. As a matter of fact, you could not place furniture or anything of value close to a window. The mold problem was not discussed up front so after you sign the lease you find out you are surrounded by mold. The staff didn't care, except for Ariah, about your concerns unless you were male and young and flirted.

My husband and I had a similar experience from a customer service standpoint. Apparently a change in management was made recently and the young lady who was appointed property manager doesn't know the first thing about how to treat current and potential tenants. She is unprofessional in her mannerisms and interaction and she's much too chubby to be wearing some of the outfits she feels are appropriate for the work place. If not for the other two young ladies in the office (one of whom friends of ours had a similar terrific renting experience with at another local property over a year ago) and the groundskeeping/maintenance staff which we found to be top notch, Banyon wouldn't be a place we'd recommend. Hopefully the woman running the office now is temporary and things will go back to normal when she is replaced internally or from an outside source.
