The inside of the apartments are nice but not well laid out. Parking is difficult unless you work odd hours, but the grounds are kept well. I've found that the manager can be difficult to deal with. It's not in a great neighborhood and it's overpriced, but most rentals in virginia beach are very expensive. I think overall you could probably find a better deal.
