My wife and I love living at Banyan Grove. Everyone that visits our place always says that it's beautiful. There is plenty of space. If anything goes wrong, the maintenance workers take care of it immediately. The staff at Banyan Grove is responsible for the outstanding community that it offers it's residents. The property manager is a wonderful and pleasant woman to deal with. She is very much in control of her product and doesn't let anything slip through the cracks. She has always responded to my concerns and made sure that I was satisfied with the results. She has some very strong and confident women working for her who make sure that no concern is ever overlooked. The staff at Banyan Grove takes a lot of pride in your comfort and satisfaction as one of their residents. We have a very well kept garden in the center of the neighborhood. We enjoy a complete gym for maintaining physical fitness, and we also have a car wash station in our community. We have an area for parking boats in the winter, plenty of garages for rent, and the parking is plentiful. All through out the day, residents can stop in and grab a nice cup coffee in the residents center and enjoy it beside a fancy pool area. At night, our community pool area is sight to see. It's equipped with blue ora under water lighting and tasteful deco with the surrounding structures and furniture and lighting designs. It displays a very classy look and is nice to show your guests. In fact today I had guests over to my place and we grilled steaks beside the pool and enjoyed the weather. The community is also pet friendly and features a dog walking trail with sanitary stations all along the trail. At the end of the trail is a dog park for dogs to get off the leash and play with other dogs. This is a very quiet community with very nice amenities, and outstanding customer service that you won't find anywhere else in Virginia Beach. The staff at Banyan Grove takes care of things for their people the moment they are notified of any issue you may have. When it comes to expediting service to satisfy a residents needs, the crew at Banyan Grove takes your needs very seriously. They not only give you information about what they are going to do, they get it done, and they even follow up with you to ensure that they have exceeded your expectations. If you are looking for a wonderful community to reside in, then you should take Banyan Grove into serious consideration as they have clearly raised the bar for the rest of Virginia Beach's rental communities. Your money is well spent and peace at mind is easy to find. I am proud to let people know that I am a resident of Banyan Grove. It's a very impressive community that is well maintained and well managed by it's staff. Well worth the money and very comfortable and the staff is very classy and professional. I am completely satisfied with my decision to live in this community. You should be sure to get information about this community when searching for a comfortable place to rent with a super supportive staff.

Actually, I live at building 3809 apt # 301. My name is John. No one paid me to state my opinion. I thought this was an open forum for people to read testimonials about complexes in whatever area they are looking to move to. I really enjoy living here. I think it's a well managed and well maintained place, and it is in fact, very nice. I stand by what I posted. In fact, if you have some sort of issue with me posting my opinion, then come knock on my door. Was I supposed to get paid? I love money!

Well Mr. Anonymous, you seem to have a lot to say about my post. If you don't like living here, then move out. I'm sure I won't miss you. Banyan Grove is a wonderful place to live. In fact, whenever I have guests, they always tell me how nice my place is. My wife and I love this place and I never thought some anonymous idiot would criticize me over the internet because I wrote a nice review about the place. I suppose you have a lot of time on your hands to sit around and make stupid comments about other peoples opinions. Go on, knock on my door and ask me if I was paid. Knock on my door so I can see what a troll looks like. Anyway, if anyone out there is looking for an excellent rental complex, then come and see the place for yourself. There is not one sentence in my review that you won't see for yourself. Everything I mentioned in my post is real and it's in my opinion that you won't find a place as good as Banyan Grove in the surrounding area. The service and the staff work very hard to exceed your expectations. You will be very happy living here and I am confident that you will enjoy it as much as my family does.

Well- I'm anonymous #1, the second person was different. I didn't have a lot to say about it I just said it sounded like an advertisement. I'm a Mrs. and I did move out. Glad to be out of there. I think there are positives about Banyan Grove but there are also negatives. I think anyone would say that about most apartments in general. I'm glad you had such a great experience though. I'm not posting or responding after this so any more "anonymous" posts aren't from me. Thanks
