When we moved in the same time as our neighbors. They had a diffrent lower price than ours and also a totaly diffrent lease. We had to pay more stuff than them although we moved and signed the same exact day!! When we had a problem with some things, they said the stuff was on order. We waited 2 months and nothing came in. So we had to fix the (*^&( up. When they said they were going to have people to exterminate bugs, they never came. So we have spiders, silverfish, and ANTS all over the place. Also parking is rediculas also. Our neighbors bring lots of friends over so we had to park all the way across the street. The price is not right for a crappy place like this. My rent went up $130. That's nonsense. I could go on more, but you get the picture. Everyone is rude too.
