Con artists!

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
 
I remember living there last just before I moved away from Virginia Beach. All I remember is how rude the management was! When it was time to move we spent an entire week cleaning until the place was spotless and better than when we arrived. After we moved to NC we received a surprise on our credit report for almost a thousand dollars! When we contacted the office they said the place was dirty and things had to be replaced. I know for a FACT that wasn't true. My neighbor and I kept in touch after we moved and they can confirm nothing was ever replaced. New renters were in almost immediately! They are CON ARTISTS!
