Yeah sure the rent is cheap but again YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. We were told that the townhome we were moving into would have washer and dryer hookups, but when we got it there was nothing. Turns out it is just in the 3 bedroom places. We moved in and the stove still had cleaning stuff in it, apparently the cleaning lady was in a hury! And the sink had a hole in it, the garbage disposal is always breaking. The bathrooms don't have any electrical sockets. Well I take that back the full bath upstairs has one single outlet attached to the light which has to be on in order for the socket to work. And during the end of summer/autumn time you can forget about natural breeze there are no windows except one in each bedroom. Now if you are one of the LUCKY tenants with a screen door then you might get some, but if you don't you will be told "Well the person who we used to get them from don't make them any more so YOU will have to order it if you want one" OH HELL NO I PAY RENT HERE YOU GET IT! But I figured that is what they were gonna say because the cabinets above the sink didn't have glass like they were supposed to and we asked about it and we were told that they cabinets could be boarded up and not be used or we could find it ourselves! Sorry not how I was raised to treat a customer! The tub had rust spots, and some discoloration that once I cleaned it went away. Again I think the cleaning lady was in a hurry! The paint they use thru the ENTIRE townhome is NOT supposed to be used in humid atmospheres when we told them that in the bathroom the steam was making the paint come off - we got told that it would be repainted - yeah that is probably next to the getting the rip in the kitchen linoleum fixed' Instead of doing it over again right it was just cut out and another little piece was put in there, which is starting to come up. The ONE maintenace guy is pretty cool but again the ONE maintenace guy, sometimes you will be waiting for awhile on something. The office ladies well the one whose office is in the front she is pretty cool seems like a people person, but the lady in the back has a constant chip on her shoulder and a "I'm holier than thou" attitude. I try to NOT deal with them and just have my boyfriend do it. It's just one thing after another. I could go on for A LONG time about things that I am unhappy with about this place. My boyfriend moved us in here while I was on a deployment and have been waiting for the end of the year ever since so I can get out of this HELL HOLE!

I had the same experience when i lived there! I hated it! The toilet overflowed downstairs several times and finally a plumber had to be called. The plumber ripped up my flowers in the back yard and didnt even clean up his mess. The carpet was nasty, stained and damaged when we moved in. When the toilet flooded the living room and closet area they had to send the carpet people out twice to get all the water and smell up. They left the blowers on the floor for 2 days. Put our furniture on small foam blocks, but when the carpet was dry they didnt put my furniture back. They water bill went up as a result of this and we didnt even get compensated! It was miserable and this is the short version, not to mention all of the other maintenance problems. And the apartment was not painted properly before we moved in. The rent was $695.00 when we first moved in back in 2005, it has since been raised to $820.00. Thats too much to pay for a 2 bedroom 910 sq ft place. Too many problems with no solutions. Many of my neighbors complained about the same things. If your gonna raise the rent, FIX something and make improvemnts!

Same here when I lived there in 2005. The maintenance or cleaning guys left rakes and stuff in our downstairs closet when we moved in. Also the bay window had to repaired 3 times till they got it right. Because the bay window on the bottom fell out 2 times and I had cats. Also it was in the winter. I am glad u put that into words. Hope people understand it is not worth that money

my husband and i just moved out after one year of living there in 2006-2007 and it was stupid. we had the same problems with the washer and dryer. not only that but when we moved into the 2bedroom townhome there was a huge hole that was under my kitchen sink that lead out side to the backyard. then in the backyard ther ewas another hole going under the fince a man could crawl under. the fence was falling down witch was not good cause all the kids played by my house cause it was on the end by the pond. i also had no screen door and was told the don't make them anymore. then when you go upstairs to the bathroom the shower head was so rusted out that the water was not clear it was brown and the tub was not cocked around it so about a week after moving in we had water dripping on to the fernice and instead of fixing the problem they told use to put up a board where the hole was that the water came thru and it would be ok. all the carpets looked like hell and smelled so i had them cleaned cause we all know that baywatch wasn'tgoing to do anything about it. oh and here is the best part of it all. the parking lot,( that had the washer and dryer unit in it was my parking lot) flooded and they told us that we had to get out there and clean the drains so they didn't flood. it was not baywatch's responsibilty to take care of it. that is bs. if you can cut the grass and do the other maintance that they are supposed to that they but don't that they can clean there parking lot's causee that is there property too. oh and why the hell do i need a night watch when all they do is sit in there cars and sleep. they should not come and harris me about what i am doing out so late i am my own boss and i should be able to come and go as i pleas not be told i am out to late hell i look a lot older than i am they ought to be glad i did not call the cops on that lady. telll me i am out to late when they can't even get the damn kids that are out there at 11pm with there drugs and bust ther asses why harris me about why i am coming in so late . let me think about uummmmm oh that's right i work and my husband is in the navy and wont be home for two more hours why don't you harris him and see what happens to you. these people had me so mad i did not sign another year with them i left and went home to PA and my problem with them did not stop till today when i had a collections guy call me cause some girl in the office with her thumb up her ass told me something completely different then the truth. she said she had no record of me living there so myhusband had to leave work on nurrioums days to go and talk with these idiots in there office to see if they can find our record so we can pay our last bill. well they kept telling us that there wasn't one or they don't know what happened to it . well i paid my bill to those jerks today and if that would have gone on my credit report someone would have been in court with me and they would not have liked it. plus where is my money for upgrading the place for putting down new tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen and for shampooing the carpets thr out the house. oh and don't forget the holes i fixed those to along with the shower head and even had someone caome in and take care of the water that came thru the floor to the fernice. so the way i see it baywatch YOU OWE ME MONEY.

WOW! I have lived here for about 2, almost 3 years now, and have never had the problems all three of you had. I would recommend friends and family to live at Baywatch. I fact I did and they have not had any problems either. That's a shame you have written and posted things on this site that I find totally not true. I'm sure there is another side to the story. What's with the picture's above? I can't see anything. Maintenance has always responded to my calls the same day and the lady's in the office have alway's gone beyond the call of duty for me and my friend that lives here now. My neighbors seems to love living at Baywatch too. Just goes to show, you can't please everyone and the ones you can't please has to go and make up things that I have not seen or experiance. Get a life.

I just moved in Feb 2009, and this place is awful. Just because u haven't had any problems doesn't mean no one else isn't. I moved here with my kids and my husband is navy moved in 2 months later. They showed me a two bdrm model for a 4 bdrm apartment and it was nothing like we expected. For the price I didn't expect the four seasons, but come on. When I signed my lease and received my keys I was excited to have a place and be out of the hotel, but when I opened my apartment door, I almost cried. My mom was with us and she had to calm me down, I almost went to landlord/tenant downtown and broke my lease. The maintenance guys(except the one they had at first working with the main guy, he didn't know what he was doing)but they were nice, cleaning lady(nice), office staff(one was nice, and one is some timey), and this place sucks. The apartments around this community have too many thugs. The first weekend we moved in the upstairs toilet overflooded for no reason, and water came through my kitchen vents, dishwasher had to be replaced 3 times(and they the last two were new), and I don't use it. The kitchen is so small two people can't fit in it at once and were not big. The cabinets are coming apart, tile, rugs arent stapled down correctly, banister rail is still loose(and they fixed it), walls are cracked and have cheap paint, shower head is coming out of the wall, mold/mildew, window sills are filthy, it's just too much to complain about and I've been here for 6 months. I'm blessed to have a place to stay, but they need to tear these apartments down, and start over again. So to the person who wrote the review about having no problems, you can't speak for everyone. If you like it fine, but don't speak for me. I don't have to make anything up, I have pictures, neighbors, and can't wait until my lease is up. I will take them to court if they don't give me my full deposit back.
