I lived there for two years with my wife and daughter. The apartment itself was clean, rent was good, but not long after we moved in we starting noticing just how loud the neighbor hood was. You will hear bass speakers ALL NIGHT. It doesn't stop. When the school next door gets out there will be shouting and fighting in the streets. People used to use drugs ten feet from my apartment. They would bounce basketballs off my front door, and the office would do nothing about any of it. The old man who lived two doors down was a very nice guy, but his damn car alarm on his van would go off 20 times a day. When I started my truck, shut my door, plane flew over, that damn alarm would go off. The worst part was my rent went up 3 hundred dollars in two years. Also you have to watch out, they will try to change your lease after you move in, like trying to add extra fees. And parking was terrible. You would have to fight for a parking space. If you left for five minutes your spot would be taken by somebody that didn't even live there. This isn't good place for a family, and I was VERY happy to get out.
