When moving in the apartment, the office staff and maintencacne off made us feel right at home. Neighbors are and seem very nice as well. I guest you shouldn't believe everything you read. See for your self.

This had to be posted by management. Baywatch Pointe is far from a good place to raise a family. A good place to buy crack maybe, not a good place for a family.

This is not true at all, I'm a prevest resident. Prehaps you may have had a problem with management, like not paying your bill, but Baywatch Pointe is very family oriant. As far as buying drugs, I have never seen anything like that, but then again where is there a place that drugs can't be bought?

i move here from brooklyn ny (eastny- pink houses)aug 2008 it nice here .the apartment are a bit small compare to ny apartment. this is a great place to live i learn to get around very fast.every think you need for you and your kid's is around you..supermarket's are open 24 hours. there a school across the street.. i move her by myself with my 10 year old son.we love it here.baywatch pointe was the only place that didn't req you to live in the state for 6 month before they will rent to you. va is a state very differant for ny .no 99cent stores like ny. dollar tree and family dollar are a joke .no 24hr laundry mats.also there no hockup for a wash here in baywatch pointe .you need a portable wash and dry ,they do rent for $40.00 amonth. you pay water every month and electrical. nice size back yard. small walk-in kitchen. nice bay window. one think i like here is no more parking ticket .every place here have lots for parking and you do not have to move your car from side to side . i will be moving next year there rent goes up every year. you can buy a house for that amount of money but va beach is like ny city and norfork is like brooklyn .so,va beach rent is more then norfolk .
