My fiance and I have lived hear for about 3 years. Every month our air conditioner goes out. In fact, the day we moved in the air didn't work. maintenance is slow. The apartments are bug and ant infested. Crime rate is high and the cops are called out to 200 ave se wh every other night. My car tires were slashed my car was broken into and management atthe apartment say they are not liable. In fact tires all through out the apartment community were slashed. hey dont care about their tenants and their maintence crew lies and procrastinate. I would never suggest that anyone move here. After Im done with college Im outta here myself.

I have been here for over a year now and I am aware of a few staff changes in the maintenance and it finally seems to be for the good of the company. Since the pool has opened, I've heard a few people acknowledge the difference in how management is handling tenant's concerns. My suggestion to anyone would be to be sure to address your problems and concerns directly to the property manager.
