I've lived at Birdneck Village since Feb. 2003. I have 1 br w/den and washer/dryer; getting ready to move into 2 br w/washer and dryer. Never had any problems. Any repairs I requested were done right away. I like the area, close to the beach. I don't have any kids at home, so I can't vouch for the school system. Parking is a nightmare, too many cars and not enough spots. Visitors may have to park outside the complex and walk in or they will get towed. Only other gripe is the jet noise. All things considered however, this is one of the better complexes we looked at and I've been happy here.
