Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
 
I lived at Birdneck village. Yes parking was a problem and so was noise. I though will rent there again. I had not issue with maint dept or management. They were alway there. I left due to my finances and a roomate who broke the lease and I could aford it on my own.
