Had to find a place in a hurry and ended up here. Just finished my lease 06/07 and couldn't have been happier.

The office is rude and not at all helpful.

Parking was never a problem for me, maybe because I lived next to the maintenance office, but we my niece who is on the lease turned 16 and I got her a car, it took 3 days to convince someone to get me a 2nd sticker so she wouldn't have to park on the street and walk.

Horrible insulation and everyone seems to have squeaky beds.
Small kitchen, definatley not for cooks

Maintenance responded when called, but there work is patch work which doesn't fix the problem, just covers it up. In 12 months I had leak problems (2X), washer problem, electrical problems (3X), dishwasher broke. and in the end a big rent increase.
