I have lived at Birdneck Village for many years and have had no complaints with the front office or maintenance, and in response to maintenance having foreigners working for them, I feel they have been very friendly, prompt to responded to issues I was having and fixed them in a timely manner. I have never noticed anyone talking to themselves' I feel the staff and maintenance have been very friendly and I have never had any problems. I enjoy living here at Birdneck and would recommend it to anyone. I feel it is a very family friendly place to live.

you meant to say...I have worked here for many years and its great. we had to call code inspectors to get things fixed. WE had them to our apartment 3 times. WE had human waste all over our bedrooms and front hall and when we moved out we were told our pet had ruined the carpet not the old pipes in our building. We had flood waters in our home and the front office refused to put in new carpet until we called the city and the forced them to. We have live in 4 communities in this town, Emerald point was by far the worse place we lived, but birdneck is right behind them, sadly harpers square was about the nicest place we live, except for where we are now at Eastwind Apartments. you can argue all day about maintenance and noise or whatever: all these places are the same. What I look at is what I mentioned above...and of course how many murder victims in each place.

I agree with Misvenus000...and it's as though you seem to move to different complexes a LOT...and if all these complexes are "GHETTOS" way don't you upgrade to a better neighborhood...there's violence all over these Hampton Roads...nobody's safe anywhere...the best thing for everyone is get out of Virginia...(GO GIANTS!!!)
