My family and I have lived here for about a year now. And I really enjoyed living here. I have to admit, it has had its ups and downs, but tell me a place that doesn t! First I want to say, if you have kids, it is a wonderful place to move! There are always kids playing outside!! Personally, that makes me feel safe, if people allow their kids to run around outside, they know that nothing will happen to them! The maintenance people are very polite! If you call in the morning with a problem, they ll be knocking on your door a few hours later to solve the problem. They replace the air filters, and blinds, and fix anything that needs fixed. And the women in the office are the nicest people. They are always so polite when I call. And Lisa (the manager) is always so helpful and polite when I went to her with problems. Bugs are a small problem, but if you call and let them know you are having a bug problem in your apt, they will come spray IN YOUR APT! It s wonderful. The only thing I don t like is that you can t have anything on your patio. I kinda understand that they want it to look nice and tidy, but some stuff should be allowed other then chairs. Our apt is beautiful. When we moved in everything looked brand-new. Oh and the women who go around and clean outside and stuff, they are very nice, but they tend to stand around outside and talk all day. And noise from other apts is never an issue. I can t hear anything from the people under or beside us. Guest parking is kind of an inconvenience but you have to realize that there is not a ton of parking available for the people who live here. The water does get shut off once in a while. But only for like 10 minutes, if it is going to be any longer than that, they notify you. Like I said before. I liked living here. I would recommend this place to anyone I know.
