I absolutely hate living here. I'm thankful for a roof over my head, but I have got to get out of here!! I credit them for the new carpet and the updates that have been made and the promptness to the maintenance calls, even if the repairs could be done better and the office staff is nice. However, the good stops there. The walls are super-thin and the floorboards creak terribly!!! In just a 1 1/2 years, I've had 3 upstairs neighbors. They were all the neighbors from @*$&!! Does low rent mean low standards'! I had noise letters issued to them, but a huge part of the problem is the walls and floorboards. Also, it rains in my bedrooms and all maintenance wants to know is the carpet wet.
If you like peace and quiet, don't move here. The price of rent is decent compared to most places, but pay more rent to get a better quality of life. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

I find this place pretty soundproof. You can't even hear anyone knock on the door. And I never got wet. My onlcomplaint is the towing and the fines. I never lived under someone, but if you're sensitive to noise, you might conside living upstairs next time.
