1. The walls are thin and the floor creeks I feel bad for the neighbors below me, I would hate to have a 1st floor apt. Everytime someone leaves the door slams behind them, it's ridiculous
2. The entrances in are clogged with cars, it takes forever to just get into the complex.
3. Parking is retarded. There needs to somehow be more of it and the "visitor's" parking is just useless, they'll tow your car no matter what. I think the complex gets a piece from the towing company.
4. Hood rat ass kids run rampid at all times, climbing on people's cars throwing tree trunks and rocks at each other screaming at the top of their lungs.
5. It's ghetto.
6. The washer and dryer is probably the first one ever made back in 1925. It takes me all weekend to do loads that people living in a better place could do in a day tops.
7. They won't fix our mailbox so we don't recieve mail.
The lady my husband signed the lease with looks like she hit the pipe a little too hard.
Places like this should be condemned.
