The front area(Towards Bridle Creek Rd.) Is fine. There isn't a lot of drug trafficking up at that end, and no crime I have seen, or heard about. Parking could be expanded, and maintenance could be upped a bit. As for the back half of the apartments, I know it's not as nice as the front, and I know more things go on that way. (In addition I wouldn't walk alone at night through that end of the apartment complex, but during the day it's 100% fine.)
I don't have the fear of my place being broken into, or my things stolen. Plus no one has ever dealt drugs, or anything where I could see.
