I just moved out from this place last week, and boy am i glad to get outta there!! The model that you are shown when you are a potential resident is NOT the same one you'll be moving into. The windows are not new, they are old and moldy/cracked around the edges, my oven wasn't even clean when I moved in and the washer and dryer is so small, I had to take some of my clothes/blankets to a nearby laundromat to wash them. The maintenance staff (one guy named Matt), was rude and CREEPY. He reminded me of Lurch from the Adam's Family. Whenever there was work to be done, he would knock once, wait 2 seconds then barge in, even if the TV was on and it was clear that someone was there or you came to the door and asked for him to wait a minute (just in case you weren't decent). The HVAC closet started leaking water into my hallway closet on TWO occasionas because the genius upstairs decided that it was hot enough in April to run his AC nonstop, this caused my hallway to become "Brookside", literally since you had to either take a Carl Lewis leap over the area, or walk thru it in galoshes since water clearly was soaking the carpet, and it caused a major mold problem in the master bedroom, which ruined my shoes and my shoe racks by the way.
I'm convinced that my neighbors upstairs were serial killers, because one of them NEVER left his apartment, I guess he needed to safeguard the bodies he has stashed in his clost, and he constantly forget that there was someone living below, because he stomped around like he was auditioning for the broadway musical STOMP. My son's bike was stolen right off of the patio. The parking was awful. I say this because even there there is decal parking, I would constantly come home to find that the spaces near my apartment were occupied by friends of fellow tenants, who did not have decals to park where they did. My sister went on vacation for a week so I had to park her car in the vistor's area (8 spaces in total), but the second I parked her car in a non visitors space, far away from where most people need to park, it was towed away in 30 minutes!! I had to call the cops to get the car back, because I thought it was stolen!! Major bug problems (roaches, spiders). They also had a nerve to raise the rent, which is when I said enough's enough and I moved out.The interior needs to be updated as well as the staff, save your money, get a townhouse were you'll have privacy and most likely a better school district and no creepy neighbors/maintenance staff that are sure to be profiled on america's Most Wanted someday...

Your review was hilarious, but sadly, right on the money. I was so happy when I moved out of that crap hole apartment. Our HVAC closet leaked as well, ruining the carpet, which we were then CHARGED for. I didn't care what I had to pay, so long as I got the hell out of there. Its been 9 months since I've moved out. Is the grass greener elsewhere? Absolutely!
