Ih ave resided at Brookside since 2005. I am very happy with the residence. Only complaint I have ever had was in regard to my neighbors but you can not control who lives near you. The maintenance staff responds fairly quick to aparment needs. I understand that some cars have been broken into, however, thankfully, mine was not one of them. I feel safe and secure with my comings and goings. Although some individuals may not have had good fortune, I can say that my family has enjoyed our stay. Only negative, an occasional waterbug or a few ants, but there is a creek nearby and we are in Virginia Beach....
