We have been here 7 months now and their are still some problems. Ceiling has leaked in dinning room. Their fix is to recaulk the tub. DUH!! my father was a master plumber.I told them the leak is behind the wall, they do not listen. Still leaking one day the ceiling and tub will fall in dinning room. I guess that they will listen when I contact my attorney should my family get injured!

Our porch deck/fence was ripped down durning the hurrcaine. That was Sept. still not fixed, Leaking wall by windows in a bedroom now getting mold, that also on their list. Heck their list must be years long!

But they will always want the rent on time no excuse/ or delays,(not that I have had any problems)I just wonder maybe tenants should form a tenant group' anyone interested contact me by responding to this post.
I can sure tell you this, we lived in Phoenix for 3yrs prior to transfer here and the apt complex we came from really took pride in the grounds, customer service, as a matter of fact, if you requested maintenance and they did not respond within 24hrs you $25.00 off your next months rent! It is not rocket science to have good customer service just do it! If they took more pride here and stopped stonewalling people maybe these comments would not so negative on this website.
If I was asked will I renew my lease at this point I would have to say never! I am going to look for a private house to rent Now if i see changes in the staff and the way things are handled, then I would renew. If the staff ever takes the time the time to read these comments maybe they should begin to practice CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It is not rocket science or is it just that the staff is barely old enough to vote or drink and really does not give a hoot! Get responsible and grow up people!!
