I have lived at Chanticleer for several years. After the renovations and change in office staff the place has been awesome. I love my new kitchen. I have a three bedroom townhome and it is huge. I even have two fire places. I can bike to the beach and walk to the grocery store. My kids have a great playground to play on and in the summer the pool is always a fun place to go. I have read reviews saying the property is bad, but I WOULD HAVE TO FULLY DISAGREE.

i use to live in the biggest apt that they had and it had small kitchen and 1 fire place. So hmmmm sounds like they made your unit into what use to be two units. I was not impressed at all. My unit always had ants up stairs in bath room. They windows were terrible. I asked for new ones. My place sucked. But Im glad i didnt have to pay on what they are paying now to live there.

I'm glad you like the green pool water the pump not working closed half the time just wonder what you're smoking to say you enjoy that hell hole
