I have lived a Chanticleer for 2 years now and I love it. My maintenance requests always get resolved very quickly, it is a quiet place, I love being close to the beach, the townhomes are very spacious, the office staff will do anything for you and are always very polite. They are doing several projects to make the property look better and I am sure you will be impressed as well!

I didn't know employees could write reviews if you get your maintenance issuse resloved fast you must be giving them something on the side to get them there quick

Well, I think the place is decent too. I haven't had any problems with my place. Some times you just get a unit with issues like sewage backup or flooding, older windows and bugs. Tough luck dude!!:):) Change to a new apartment. Oh, and it helps to be nice to the people in the office. I seen and heard of many people acting like jerks to the office and maintenance crew and they get a slow response, what do you expect!!
