i have lived in these apartments for a year now and can not wait to leave. things went bad from the day we moved in. first our apartment was not ready when by our move in date and the office staff didn't notify us. we had no carpet, holes in the walls and no appliences. it took an extra couple of days before they place was ready. parking around there is horrible and dont expect to get a place to park unless it is by the main office past 9pm. they have been claiming they were doing personal spaces but it has never happened even after they sent out notices claiming it was going to occur soon. in our complex we don't really have a problem with noise but we have a problem with the children in our neighborhood throwing things at our windows and almost breaking them, coming up on our porch and annoying our dogs, and pulling trash out of the dumpsters and leaving it in bushes and such. the deciding factor for us leaving occured about 3 months ago when we noticed a hole in our tub. we notified the office and a week later someone came out to look at it and make the decision they couldn't fix it. well its been 3 months and we still have a hole in our tub and we call the office once a week and nothing is being done. this place does not care about anything except getting their money and they never do anything they promise.

Update: They did assign spaces in Aug 2007, so it eventually happened. We had a dripping faucet for three years and they never did anything about it even though we complained monthly.
