I loved living at Chapel Lake. It was a very quiet neighborhood (some jet noise) and the management would always throw pretty cool resident events with food and whatnot. I had a third floor apartment on the lake. It has an amazing view in the fall, but a little swampy in the summer. Never had an issue with bugs, never had an issue with maintenance. As a matter of fact, they usually fixed my stuff in the same day, but I only had a couple of problems. Sometimes other people would throw their trash BY the dumpster and not IN it, so I would pick up sometimes. I would highly reccommend living here. It was a good starting point for me and my family before we got a house.

I believe you should run, not walk, to an audiologist to get your hearing checked. Or is it so quiet because the residents are making a mass exodus?

You must either be the apartment manager or confused as to which complex you're talking about......oh and since you live on the 3rd floor you're the one causing all the noise for the people on the 2nd floor.

Whatever. This is obviously someone who works there. Who picks up somebody elses trash? I don't know of anyone in their right mind who want to pick up after grown @$$ people. LMAO. "The MANAGEMENT would throw cool events." Sounds like a shameless plug!!!
