I'm not impressed with the Breeden Company.

I'm moving soon and requested an asset history report from the complex manager last Wednesday - it has been 6 days, and he says corporate still hasn't sent him all the information I need. This isn't an out of the ordinary request, and I have had similar problems with slow or unsatisfactory responses from the company management on several levels in the past.
We are also having problems with our plumbing system and have had an issue with mold in the shower, apparently coming from the apartment above us. No matter how often I clean or spray the shower (which I do daily), the mold comes back.
I'm also very tired of dealing with rude, noisy neighbors all around me. If you value your peace and quiet, this isn't thi complex for you. People let their children run around unsupervised at all hours of the day and night, and it isn't uncommon for me to hear my upstairs neighbors screaming at each other at 2 a.m. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

Hold your ground. This company did the same thing to me when I moved, trying to charge us way too much for carpet that was on its last legs when we moved in. The carpet company, I am sad to say, was clearly in collusion with the rental company, alleging stains and holes that were never there.
Make sure ALL of your correspondence with this company is in writing, because they'll try and yank you around after the fact. It should be telling that the office staff is never the same from month to month, with the exception of Jamie. Even the employees can't stand this place.

We're moving soon and I am curious as to how much they will charge us for damages, I've heard horror stories and I'm wondering what I can do to make sure the costs are kept low. Any suggestions?

Breeden Company will suck as much money as possible from anyone they possibly can. They own so many property's and don't care abou the PEOPLE who live there. good luck to anyone who has to deal with them!
