This community is an over priced dump!!! The air freezes up every other day, the sinks and showers leak, the dishwasher didnt work, the sliding door stuck, the kitchen cabinets were dry roted, the closet doors fall off the hinges, you have to pay to park if you have more than one car, the crystal clear pool is green and closed most of the time, the pond is also a pleasent green color, the mosquitos are so thick you cant sit outside, the lakeview does not exist because of trash and debri, there is constant mismanagement and....they continually messed up you rent payments. I would pay on time and they would send me notices saying I didn't pay or that I was missing some of the rent and I had to go to the office to straighten things out. Also, when I moved out my paperwork noting stains on the carpet when I moved in disappeared and somehow it was noted we had new carpet which was a lie. However, they did put in all new carpet at my expense (or so they say) for the next tenate. They not only kept my entire monthes rent for the last month even though I was there only half a month but they also sent a hudge bill for other charges. The manager refuses to call me back to discuss it, several messages have been left. Also, they are asking us to pay a water bill that does not match the bill sent to us by the water/sewer company. WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! GO ELSEWHERE THESE APARTMENTS ARE TERRIBLE AND A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!

We had the exact same problem with our carpet where they notated that it was in good condition even though there were stains. They tried to charge us $1500 to replace it though I have on good authority it was never replaced after we moved out, just re-dyed and they'll do the same thing to the next tenants, I'm sure. Demand an asset history for the carpet!

We were transferred here a year ago and this was one of the apartments we looked at before we moved here. The apt I was shown was disgusting to say the least, there was black mold on and inside the fridge - the dishwasher was broken and half of the few and I mean few cabinets there were, were falling apart. And some of the kitchen drawers were painted a different colors and definitely not on straight. The entryway to the apt was filled with debris and cobwebs galore! I told my husband - no way - you could not pay me to live here. Thankfully, we found something else. I am glad I did not choose to take it.

I reported them to the Navy and I'm proud to say that they are looking into putting them on the list prohibited by the Navy to rent!! I hope it works they need to be out of business!! I'm glad some didnt choose to live there like we had to and I see that none of the staff is crazy enough to live in that dump!!!!!

My husband also reported them to Navy housing. They would not comply with the military clause when we tried to move out because of the change in my husband's orders.
